Learn why you may see a message indicating that your license has reached its activation limit, and how to resolve it.
Each Kotobee Author license allows activation on a specific number of devices, depending on the license type.
If you attempt to activate Kotobee Author on more devices than your license allows, you will see a message stating that the activation limit has been reached.
This does not mean your license is invalid. It simply means the maximum number of allowed devices is currently in use.
To activate Kotobee Author on a new computer, please contact Kotobeeās support team so they can reset or manage your activations.
When contacting support, include the following:
Your serial number
The email address used to purchase the license
A short explanation (for example: new computer, replaced device, formatted system, etc.)
Once the activation is reset, you can enter your serial number on the new device and continue using Kotobee Author normally.
